demanding that a substantial quantity of your articles in engine results are paid just turns people away more often than not from my personal experience and funnels them toward competitors

its a hard thing to crack but id probably think up something like subscription-based early bird model without ads, so subscribers get an article early before its fully publicized, and even after its publicized you dont have to deal with ads as long as you're subscribed, and other perks or whatever

i understand journalists/writers/etc need to be paid, but there are lots of other / better ways to do it imo, it just serves as a barrier to people who want to know what is going on, and most of the time they can find that info elsewhere for free

i still haven't beat totk so i still dont know if he still(?) has the triforce, (also from what little i have played, tho enjoying the game, the timeline is fuked and im waiting for the one thing to hopefully make it all make sense cuz it doesn't make sense 😂😭)

it tbh changed a bit but thats kinda just what happens when adapting a simple story from older hardware for a new frontier. originally ganondorf was just yknow mr ganon pigman; cool monster, but altp and oot revised that he was a man turned into a beast by the triforce, but later games even w/o it?

prior to the revelation of demise's curse it felt like a glimpse into potential development that ganondorf inevitably pushed away to to ego, pride, and his lust for power. in his mind it wasnt *his* fault, it was *hyrule's*; it was the *gods*; hyrule *BELONGED* to him. he couldn't let go of power.

there is a tragedy in wondering who ganondorf might be if not for the curse which is some interesting recontextualization from skyward sword, ..but in all likelyhood it would not change gandondorf as he is, hes still figuratively an incarnation of malice, and pig ganon is the crystallization of that

i dont see ganondorf as "sympathetic" rather just more interesting. he is an incarnation of evil yes, but also in the body of a gerudo, who we presume was not someone all evil from birth, nor necessarily aware of demise, but is compelled by ego, pride, greed and the curse to carry out denise's will.

that is kindaa due to the recontextualization of skyward sword, so its not entirely a continuity problem on wind waker, and in general has a bit if a problem between games, but to me anyway i found him interesting, though i wouldnt say "sympathetic;" i agree that feels like a odd perception of ganon

ozai having his bending taken and being forced to rot in a cell for life also, honestly? a fate worse than death; which he deserved.

aang spared his life, but also ozai has to endure living alone in a cell knowing he failed

kinda ironic ig death is too far for aang, but jail for life is based? lol

but imo it made sense for ang being the antithesis of the fire lords brutality, ..but was not the cleanest resolution, and is muddled by all the times chars (mostly npcs) have been knocked out / off cliffs; potentially succumbing offscreen, and yknow obv zhao being taken by the ocean spirit.

that is something in the past ive been frustrated with as, especially with antagonists like ozai that seem beyond redemption

aang yea could just murk ozai and the day is saved; everyone else in the party prob would have in that position, but for ang even if ozai deserved it, could not take a life.
