new sufjan interview in a long time 🥹
not every song has to be long, but album’s average song length being 2 minutes doesn’t motivate me to check it out at all
this is not normal behavior at all. similar videos and comments get even more likes

it’s a shame diamanda galas hates yoko, i really wonder how a collaboration between them would sound
36yrs ago today, The Cure released their seminal album 𝐃𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧. An album that draws on goth rock, alternative, dark wave & dream pop while being very distinct. Robert Smith's emotive, poignant songwriting & the moody soundscapes is what anchors this record and makes it a universal classic.
so many of her albums are perfect for springtime
what my april sounded like 🌼
thank you, i’m very excited because i loved evol on first listen and i have heard great things about them
17 years ago today, Portishead released their last album 𝐓𝐡𝐢𝐫𝐝. An album which masterfully blends krautrock, post-industrial,electronic & experimental rock to still sound ahead of its time. With its dissonant, challenging soundscapes this is my favorite Portishead record.
i have only heard evol
really need to listen to more of the sonic youth albums, do you have any recommendations?
how it feels saying publicly that you like humanz by gorillaz
32 years ago today, PJ Harvey released her 2nd album 𝐑𝐢𝐝 𝐎𝐟 𝐌𝐞. An intense, daring record that explores lust, anger, religion, and love in subversive fashion. With an intriguing mix of punk blues & alternative rock it's one of the most influential albums of the 90s.
lorde’s new song is not good 🥴
remembering nina simone and prince, who passed away on this day 22 years ago and 9 years ago respectively 🤍
Happy 66th birthday to Robert Smith of The Cure. One of my favorite singers with such a wonderfully distinctive voice and one of the greatest songwriters of all time. I'm forever grateful for the music he's made that's shaped my life 💜
i feel bad for yoko haters, they’re depriving themselves of some good music 🙂↕️
5 years ago today, Fiona Apple released 𝐅𝐞𝐭𝐜𝐡 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐁𝐨𝐥𝐭 𝐂𝐮𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐬. An exhilaratingly bold record with her most experimental soundscapes, defiant lyricism and raw, powerful vocal performances. It's become one of the most important albums of the decade.
