Ein Freund von mir musste im Studium mal aus seiner schon sichtbar älteren 50 qm WG ausziehen, weil die Wohnung für 1,2 Mio verkauft wurde. Und das war "nur" Freiburg

Mit 500k Eigenkapital und Anfang 30 bei der Wohnungssuche auskommen müssen ist echt hart. Btw. für 1.5M kriegt man hier ne ziemlich ordentliche Bude, bei der man dann auch noch völlig sorgenfrei das ein oder andere Gröschelchen in die Sanierung stecken kann.
