@twl3903.bsky.social @Woodford3903 had a busy masonic year, with a 1st & double 2nd in the end, but this was was tinged with sadness at the loss of 2 Brothers to the Grand Lodge Above, their eulogies gave a wonderful look at their Masonic career of jointly 100 years. RIP Dave Wells & Bert Bumpstead.

The meeting was well attended with 30 plus Bretheren, and we would like to thank all the visitors for coming along.

The Masonic Year has started @Woodford3903, and as with most lodges we started with our Installation of a new Master, now WM Dean Biles. Busy year ahead with a 1st, possibly four 2nds, and a 3rd if we can fit it all in. A huge thanks to everyone who assisted and to our guests.

Attended a great meeting with the @Woodford3903, @twl3903.bsky.social WM on Saturday at FMH with the Northern Polytechnic Lodge No.6039 who done a treble second without a hitch. Superb to watch, followed by a great festive board at the George and Vulture.

Home at last after it's journey in the non masonic world, our first WM's Jewel, from 1919, bought at auction yesterday and collected by our Bro Secretary this morning. It warms our hearts to have this back in our possession.
