Yes there is a windows machine inside the cabinet. It has some unused com ports i could also utilize as well.
I can accept it and fire off an email or windows event log event which i could read/monitor and thus send an alert with the RMM itself.

For that matter we also had someone try to serve our office for the landlord or prior tenant and we were all out i think at lunch and the process server banged on the door for 10 minutes and cracked plaster around the fireproof door. They slid it under the door saying it was served. ::shrug::
That makes sense. They did come back later and try to serve me and asked me to accept service. I was like "no man, you go find him, thats your job, not mine" and arranged a time to get him served by calling the employee.
Their service affidavit description of the roommate was clearly not the person they were trying to serve, like a foot difference in height and different race. They literally served the roommate and I think claimed it was the guy. Ill have to go back and check.
