The little passage of play between Trippier, Tonali, Bruno and Elanga out of the right wing is a sign of what we can be once it fully clicks. We are getting much better with our link up play and confidence on the ball and I think Wissa will massively add to that as he can run in behind #NUFC

I think one of the major issues is people forget how awful others are because irl they avoid those sorts of people. Social media shows you the reality of people and it’s not pretty, a lot are self indulgent wankers who need to abuse others to make themselves feel better.

I don’t think either played badly but both aren’t at their best yet, they could both do with a decent run in the side.

Bruno literally said after the Fulham match he’s too tired and needs a rest. Out of all the competitions we are in this season the League Cup is the one to rest him in imo. A midfield 3 made up of Tonali and 2 of Miley, Joelinton, Ramsey and Willock is good enough imo, can’t risk burning Bruno out.

Literally no idea what to expect tonight, both us and Spurs are a little hot and cold atm so could go either way. I think it’ll come down to how strong both sides decide to go, I’m gonna go a hard fought 2-1 win with Jacob Ramsey getting his first for us #NUFC

I’d like Bruno to start but the fact he said in his interview after the Fulham game that he’s very tired and needs rest I’d definitely bench him.

I often worry some of our fans don’t actually know who we are as a club and as a city.

One of the worst referees in the country Peter Banks imo, always seems to be desperate to give everything to the opposition when we have him as ref. Not a bad first half but a few daft mistakes, hoping for a bit more control second half 👌 #NUFC

Ah I have no doubt Benfica aren’t as good as Fulham will be I’m just saying I’m confident our defence is capable of handling them without too much issue, we’ve been solid defensively most of the season. Providing out attackers can continue to click I see a comfortable afternoon ahead🤞

They can but so could Benfica, I think our defence is more than good enough to handle the likes of Raul Jimenez and an inexperienced Josh King. My only concern today really is BDB at left back if they play Kevin on the right, other than that i reckon we’ll be sound.

We had a rigid system because we were playing around Isaks strengths, we don’t play that way anymore. We are a lot more patient in build ups but also move the ball a lot quicker with 1 touch passing when we see an opportunity to get through. Fulham’s injuries also play a part in my prediction today.
