unfortunately, the launcher was not designed for community-made content. hence the confusing labeling.

(i also would like to note that this is not a statement from the charting team, just my personal thoughts about this)

we at the charting team try our best to provide high-quality full-band-full-difficulty content, however we would also like to provide a way for any charter to share their work on launcher marketplace - this is what the goal of YARN is.

the launcher has not been updated in a long time. the reason this is marked as "official" is just because it is hardcoded to be that way as far as i'm aware. this is a YARN pack (Yet Another Rhythm Network) provided by the community and should be marked as such.

sorry about your disappointment, but to be honest, we are kinda struggling with getting updates done to the game recently. the maintainers and the lead artist have been busy with irl stuff and not much code gets merged in right now.
