Fair point. Enough case studies to make the case too. We just seem to be in a bit of rut. Can’t really see a way out at the moment. As I said I’ve not thought it through just asking the question because I think it’s an interesting one to explore.

So, playing devils advocate here, although disastrous in the short term would relegation make us stronger in the long term? For instance, we would have to sell most of our current players. It would be a fire sale but it’s a chance to rebuild with kids etc?
