You got me curious so I looked it up. Arkansas is Native American in origin (Quapaws tribe), the spelling & pronunciation are influenced by French explorers, who traditionally do not pronounce the final "s" in many words.

I’m glad that you’re speaking out about this. A lot of people don’t understand. I recommend learning more about it & how you can manage it. I just watched a video on Facebook about foods that are helpful for ADHD; foods like nuts, blueberries, peanut butter. Maybe look into foods as well. ✌🏽
