Here's gem from the OPM memo:
"Disband or cancel any employee resource groups or special emphasis programs that inculcate or promote gender ideology 𝐨𝐫 𝐡𝐚𝐯𝐞 𝐝𝐨𝐧𝐞 𝐬𝐨 𝐢𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐩𝐚𝐬𝐭."

This pretty much allows any ERGs with an LGBT+ focus to be disbanded.

The Office of Personnel Management has released a memo to ALL federal agencies implementing a transgender bathroom ban.

This ban will apply to ANY building run by a federal agency in the United States. It also implements policies ending legal recognition of transgender people by all agencies.
