A missile strike in Belgorod, Russia, took out most of the electricity. The city is in the dark.

An US F-35C shot down an Iranian Shahed drone when it was approaching the USS Abraham Lincoln carrier battle group. The engagement took place in the Arabian Sea.

There are no details yet for which nation that sabotage attempt was conducted, but the police in European countries are increasingly arresting people in services for Russia. They accept wittingly or unwittingly rather small amounts of money for their criminal activities.

The former Volkswagen factory in Kaluga, Russia, is burning.

The factory is currently used by the Russian brand Tenet (Cherry). The fire started in the body shop and has engulfed 4,000 square meters.

It’s understandable to put tariffs on single products, especially when they are produced by using dumping prices, but blanked tariffs are just impediment for growth and outright stupid. They are then just an invitation for higher prices as well as inflation. US consumers are feeling this first-hand.
