A successful revolution must build functioning communities that provide a working alternative to the current system before the system can be taken down.

Disabled folks like me could do many things to help, we aren't valued for our unique qualities in the current system. We have skills to transfer.

I want a revolution that seeks out those who fought for it and attempts to rehabilitate us into the fold. I want desperately to feel useful again, but I feel abandoned.

Too many people were content to ignore the problem until it was at their door, you are now going to find yourselves unprepared.

I crave community but currently lack the energy to pursue it. Winter sucks, capitalism sucks, fascism sucks.

My memories of that time period are murky, I think I was in a long psychotic episode from too much stress and weed at the time. everything in my life felt like chaos. In hindsight, I think this was her doing, I think she created chaos on purpose. But she’s been out of my life for a while now.

So if you don't consider yourself a racist, I encourage you to think twice before jumping into this "funny" new trend. The people pushing this trend the most are racists, closeted racists, and people who blindly follow trends without a single critical thought. Are you like them?

Like why are these new slurs we're inventing just slight modifications to existing anti-black slurs? Why does it gratify you to enforce a hierarchy of man over machine in a way that also not so subtly enforces racial hierarchy?

Some folks answer to this is genuinely because they are racists.

I feel like I'm going crazy. I try to cultivate healthy communities around me, but racism always has a way of creeping in unnoticed and then festering. If you have the urge to make a bunch of racist jokes but substituting AI instead of minorities, you should ask yourself why.
