Trying to get through that 10m with my foot in full lock down. Savage.

Slowly (not just describing my paces which makes old ladies look quick) getting back into swimming.

I've been on 50's the last couple of times and decided to move up to 100s today.

Of course on the last length of my first my foot completely cramped up and was still hurting now 3 hours later.

I like that, much nicer than the endless, soulless, grey bricked boxes that litter the entire countryside.

Warsaw is an amazing city and there are plenty of great spots. I'm a big fan of the views from the top of the Pałac Kultury i Nauki. Definitely worth the queue for the lift!
