I had an amazing few days at a Fibre Arts Retreat in Tacoma taking classes from @charansachar.bsky.social @jillianmoreno.bsky.social and Heavenly Bresser. My heart is full and I'm so inspired!
A little transparency on my business as a Canadian Indie Dyer.
Two skeins. Exact same dye process. Only difference. Skein on the left is superwash. Skein on the right is non superwash. Dye strikes faster on superwash bases, which means colours are brighter and speckles don't spread as much.
I've been trying to find this for years... I'd even settle for an extra 3 or 4 hours... if you happen to luck out, let me know!

Had a lovely visit to meet my new niece yesterday, which meant my girls could gift their new cousin the toys they have been working on for months. I'm pretty proud of them. The goose was knit by my oldest and the flamingo floatie by my youngest. They did so well!
Crochet is also complicated by the fact that the terminology means different things whether you're reading a north American pattern or one from the UK.
