Beer, Lacrosse, Fantasy Football (American) and Donegal beaches, what more do you need? Oh yes, maybe cats....

Only 20%? 99% would be better for me.

I thought I read somewhere that the franchise bars were remaining as is. I noted that the Belfast Grand Central bar was not on the list of bars staying open or closing.

Maybe, they will probably do better than the staff or the Equity Punks, but not sure I see them getting up to 213million back, think that was their initial investment.

Possibly even less than Fourpure, although not sure that number was ever made public.

I struggle with the look of hazys when they are too light, milky, or too dark, muddy.

The program seems "very gentle" ... which is not necessarily a bad thing.

Look for the yellow tap badge. Don't know if they still pour it was a perm line at some point.

Rainbows and Irish coasts are pretty much my photo gallery for the last 2 years.

And you will likely get a pint of Scraggy in the Boyd Arms.

I believe their investment was the point then there was an option to sell 25% of the shares back. I would have shipped all of them if I could.

Spectacular view indeed. Do love the north coast. 2nd only to Donegal.

🀷 you win some you lose some. Investing in the 3rd or 4th rounds seems a bit like madness to me.

I wrote off the rest of the shares a couple of years ago when it became obvious that preferential shares of the private equity company was going to wipe out any chance I had for further profit.

I invested Β£90 or so in round 2, sold 25% for A few hundred at the one chance I had and probably got a few hundred in discounts over the years.

I do remember that event, it was a hell of a lot of fun. Who knew where things would go over the years.

Freezing but bright outside. Guess it is beach time, that is what dry robes are for right?

Poisoned chalice. Maybe someone is interested as a production facility but location is a bit interesting for the logistics.
