I will not bow to the peer pressure that paints squirrels as cute. The vicious little things plant acorns in your exterior plants to kill their roots, then stand in the trees above your car and throw things at you. No, Mr. Squirrel, I'll not be tricked by good lighting and photoshopped photography.

I'd say movie adaptations that deviate from the book irk me, but only if it is a material deviation. I wish directors would get a clue that readers like me just want to see the literary work on the big screen. I don't want a surprise ending.😬

Scholastic has provided book fairs to schools for over 50 years. These rabble rousers use morality as a wedge to oust and replace companies that have had long-standing contracts with the states. The same was done to oust and replace textbook companies. This is not morality. It is crony capitalism.
