At the Eurotunnel. Some people in the carpark are talking loudly together and it's taken me a full minute to recognise it as Dutch. It's like biting into a sandwich of which you expect the filling to be something else. Your tastebuds are momentarily unable to recognise what it is you're eating 😂

I'm considering going to Taipei for the #polyglotconference this year in November, but not sure yet. It's expensive to fly from South Africa. Who else is going IRL?

Anyone who struggles with time management/priorities/getting stuff done or ppl for whom calendar blocking just does not work... How do you do it? I schedule tasks in but I'm either too exhausted, distracted, or focused on another thing which isn't important. Help
