This year I was invited to Author Day at my local farmer’s market. It’s the first time I’ve participated in something like this. I had a great time.

Also: They gave all the authors coffee and it was delicious!

I saw that model at a book signing once. Very concrete worldbuilding! Literally. And beautiful.

Me too! I’ve been reading her books for years.

I love reading here about her transition to writing fantasy at first as a personal indulgence she kept private for a long time, and that she approached so respectfully and thoughtfully when she was writing the novels.

It was wild!
