I can't imagine it's useless just because even if it's bad by dp standards it's still an antiair option that gives a knockdown and fine damage, plus juggles to SA1 and 2 are situationally great, EX is still probably worth the meter tho even if it's slower and can still trade

In lighter Sean news I was messing around with 4rd Strike Arranged Edition and I'm a big fan of the new second Sean who's just inexplicably Guile

Out of curiosity I wanted to see just how close this was to hitting and that second frame is so tragic

In hindsight literally any other version of DP would've worked cause of the knee hitbox or maybe even the initial hitbox being out for an extra frame or two but I'm still glad this happened cause if nothing else it's very funny

It's kinda giving two friends who are really happy to see eachother for the first time in a while

100%, if I remember right 3s having a more limited UI is a hardware limitation thing which I kinda get given how many characters they crammed in there
