Hard to explain but it's such a difficult game that when you finally make progress it is very satisfying.

Additionally the lore, world building and art is really good.

My only caution is that it is dark and does overtly deal with some difficult subjects

1) is Solium Infernum - a 4x, scheme focused strategy game based in Hell with incredible Art.

2) is Xcom 2, a classic squad turn based strategy game and the base game is almost free rn.
