I stand with Jimmy Kimmel.

I’ll be complaining to ABC and Disney. ABC and Disney are making a horrible choice to choose MAGA cancel culture over Kimmel.

Stabila is a great brand. Once you get one of their levels, you won’t feel as tempted to buy more.

How much of the presidential inauguration ceremony is cut/reduced if the federal govt is shutdown? Will the inauguration pavilion and stage finish construction even if the govt is shutdown? Since the National Mall is a national park maintained by the National Park Service, will it be closed too?

Re murder of #UHC CEO Brian Thompson, it’s surprising that he didn’t have executive protection agents with him. Just one would have been insufficient—I think he would have needed 4-5 agents to successfully defend against this attack. Having 5 #EP agents is expensive but could have kept him alive

Haha yeah, especially because police are literally ALWAYS searching for suspects (in one way or another). Just shouting “searching for suspects in your area” out into the ether falls short of conscientious public alert/warning

One of the first recommendations is for each facility to have an AFN advisory committee.

That’s definitely valuable but I kind of wonder about the sustainability of every venue having an advisory committee. I’m curious whether a statewide or regional advisory committee might be more impactful?

Looking forward to reading this new CalOES guide for integrating AFN considerations into EOPs for large venues.
