Was having a conversation with Abigail today, and we pretty much came to the conclusion that believing in god is violence against women.
The idea that god created women’s bodies to essentially have a default level of pain as a punishment, or whatever, is incredibly fucked up.

I love how people think we are the product of intelligent design and part of that design is that we accidentally shart.
Like, I’m no genius, but if I were making something in my image and that happened to me (apparently god does shart in this scenario), then I would not include that in my version 2.

We’re talking about circumcision this week on our podcast (D&C 74), and someone brought up how ridiculous it is that people believe god made baby boys with a foreskin that needs to immediately be cut off.

I used to think, right after leaving the church, that people were exaggerating when they said the world would be a better place without religion, but after learning more and more about religion I think they were right.

What the fuck?! The leaders of the church should really memorize ALL their articles of faith and practice them like they tell their members to.

It’s honestly so fucked up that in Christianity it’s the “bad” guy that tells you the truth and the “good” guy that lies to you.
