The whole Scoil community is unbelievably proud of Linda Ervine today, as she was admitted as a member of the Royal Irish Academy.

We are thrilled that the pioneering work of Turas and Scoil na Seolta have been recognised in this way. Míle buíochas RIA agus comhghairdeachas mór le Linda!

Cíara’s back in Belfast today telling the children about her trip to see an Rí, the King. They’re asking where is the cake, and if they will be invited next year!

Our Naíscoil leader Cíara had a fabulous time at Buckingham Palace yesterday, at a garden party to celebrate people working in Education and Skills. What a gorgeous day and an honour to be there!

We are so sorry to hear of the death of Pope Francis. We mourn his passing with those in our school community who feel his loss today.
