Super Sonic is RIDICULOUS in it

It was fun getting to test #SonicRacingCrossworlds throughout the year, and now playing the final game - it’s very good.

Like other racers, it suffers from RNG that makes skill feel meaningless, but it’s expertly designed and has great callbacks/music/references

The music is stellar though, can’t deny that. On a first playthrough it’s really not bad, but on every subsequent revisit it gets worse and worse. Plus, you have to go back there a few times to 100% everything

#Warfare: Significant where it’s a good representation of a historical event and the horrors that come from it.

#Peacemaker (S2): I guess I’m an outlier; I dug the finale. If you count both seasons, this feels just like an epilogue to it all

#ViolentNature (I Prevail): For better or worse, sounds like a collection of very good singles. 1st and 9th track really stood out.

#LiveAndLetDie (Fleming): Vastly different, and many ways superior to the film adaptation. A mini-twist regarding a character’s plan was a real highlight

They’re spoofing Star Wars already, and actually being genuine. Why is that so brilliant

If there were Iron Hills closer to me, I’d be frequenting it every other month probably. Amazing experience every time I went. They made their own root beer on top of it and it was slammin. Something’s amiss no doubt, but if they’re gone this is a big loss

#StateOfPlay Highlights: Saros looks great though I might not play it at launch, CrossWorlds DLC is nice (getting game on Friday), and Wolverine looks fine. Sadly a subpar edition this time, but I’m sure there’s other things here that many are stoked for

There was a time where stuff on the internet wasn’t really taken seriously in comparison to actual life. Many still believe that’s the case, when at this point it pretty much isn’t.

As much as I’d like to go back to those times, it’s only going to get more consequential

#GALLOWS (blessthefall): Still containing my favorite song of the year so far, the rest of it serves its purpose but isn’t game-changing.

#PinkMoon (Silverstein): Antibloom’s the winner here between the two, but combined is the best from Silverstein in a long, long time

At least from this, #Hyperfunk isn’t a sequel to Bomb Rush, but just another game by the studio. I would’ve preferred a sequel truthfully, but there’s things about this that look promising.

SR-71 gets compared to the likes of Blink-182, Sum 41, etc because of the number thing and lead single sound. If you listen to the album though, it’s radically different than all of them.

“Now You See Inside” is a top-10 favorite album of all time for me

Capped it off by replaying my favorite level

Revisited #AstroBot and completed all the “Top Difficulty” levels. The final one of these was nonsense at points, but overall it was a great challenge. Still an amazing game

#NintendoDirect Highlights (2/2): Metroid Prime 4 AND Age of Imprisonment are releasing this year! Guess I gotta get a Switch 2, especially with Air Ride 2 and the DK game already there. INTEGRADE’s finally on the way, and some of the other randoms looked decent

Took long enough, but finally reached Platinum in #MarvelRivals

STRANGE, ISN’T IT?!?!

After one has seen the 2022 movie #Barbarian about over 2 times, the first 1/3 becomes a radically different viewing experience

The 90’s #SonicTheHedgehog OVA is my favorite interpretation of Sonic, and my favorite movie ever if it applies.

This scene alone establishes what Sonic is capable of. General audiences can get the gist of it, and it adds context to the opening scene with Robotnik
