I'll leave this account up for archive, to continue working on my Vgen post, and might use it in the future for gamedev stuff since that's where all the follow list people came from. But all my fandom stuff, chatter, artwork, etc. will go on the new account.

Okay, I'm no longer just considering, I'm doing this right now. I need to do this for my mental health, I can't take the stress 😭

I know it's inconvenient for people to have to follow me again on a new account, but I think I'd have a lot less stress and a lot less stage fright this way.

Kinda considering vacating this account at some point and moving to a new one that's just for fandom stuff only, only has followers that actually care what I post about (as opposed to thousands from follow lists), and that's just a fresh start without the baggage of past stressors.

I need to go back to ignoring current events, not venting online, and only posting about my little blorbos and fandoms. I feel myself succumbing more and more to despair 😭

Every day I get closer and closer to just leaving public social media altogether and never returning. Like what's even the point? 💀

We don't need some corporation bending a knee to the same facist policies as over other website right now, regardless of how they dress it up in wholesome, harmless, caring language and act like everyone voted for this. Honestly raise hell about it. Bullying companies works, as we've seen lately.

In my case it's all consensual on the part of the characters but even if it wasn't, who tf cares? If people wanna draw and post some freak shit let them engage in their freak shit. Most people with good sense tag their posts so people can avoid it and the block button is right there.

Picked the worst time to get reinvested in drawing a villain that (in my humble opinion based on the text) loves to get bound against his will, degraded, and have the shit beat out of him, huh? 🤡

can people start giving a fuck please…. this is NOT good because unless your characters are smiling like idiots mid coitus and the speech bubbles say “yes baby i consent”, your art (and your account) is reportable.

If you can’t separate fiction from reality then you’re not mature enough to be consuming said fiction

Also I've wanted to get rid of that egregiously outdated photo of V (before I adjusted his skintone, tattoos, etc.) anyway. Hated looking at it, I just didn't have any other pics of him and Vik that had nice lighting and fit the frame as well 😩

Not that those things are not also sexy in the right circumstances but not the vibe here lol

It's quite hard to write sexy dialogue when one of the characters in my smut fic has a name that sounds like an 1800s robber baron or perhaps an old timey circus performer 😔
