I feel like I’d be enjoying the autumn atmosphere more if my head wasn’t so tired from all the stuff I have to do
Hope next week isn’t as bad, this week was awful lmao

Though small moments are still nice: I saw a squirrel scurry past with a nut and watched leaves fall for a few minutes today.

This week’s been busier than most if ever had, so everything’s been a bit rushed lately.
This guy isn’t a complete character yet, but this general vibe fits him pretty well.

The colored halos they have actually fit a game setting as well in a sense, making it easier to distinguish each character from one another to improve visual clarity. They fit really well!

I only did a notes doodle today, it was one of the busy ones.

A cat sleeps on an open laptop’s keyboard. Its screen is dark, alongside a small stack of messy note paper and a pen. An abandoned chair compliments the idle equipment upon the desk, whoever was usually inhabiting it missing from the scene. You think about how boring Jack’s walls are… but what were you hoping to find? Maybe you’ll give Archie a little pet on the way out.

Humans are something I want to draw, but hate learning to draw
It started as an effort, but the next two were… not so lucky ✨

For those reading this, you get bonus context! This is Milo Crosstail. A humble name for a humble man turned revered leader of the Bannerless, a group of heroes during the recent conflict. He supposedly lost his life in the final battle. Rather, he was sent between the living and dead realms, a place only souls should cross… and the living should never see. “Protect” is the least chaotic of the thoughts surrounding him. That’s because there is one instinct which will never leave him: the drive to keep his daughter safe. If only she knew.

I recently bought the full game of FFXIV after being a free trial player for over a year. The armor is based on the one I wore in-game, albeit with some liberties taken to add an eye slit, remove the cat ear protectors, and shave the spike off the top.

Have to be in a lab in half an hour, but drew this for about 25 minutes first!
Jack likes his longer hair, but sometimes it’s not great. Especially when it’s raining and the umbrella was nowhere to be found

Kicking things off reaaalllly slow, with a doodle of a flower done in the middle of my organic chemistry notes using a brush I only use for writing instead of drawing. Idk if this flower even exists, it was just sort of a doodle 😂

I usually cannot keep up with these month-long challenges like inktober etc. so I made one for my size!

Rather than focusing all my attentions on making sure I’m improving, I just want to have fun drawing stupid things for a while. If I improve, neat! But it won’t be the goal, at least not for now ✨

The design is really fun and colorful! Awesome to see it get the love it definitely deserves ✨

In FFXIV, a Miqo’te Machinist named Eyam Broke is in a fireplace. Only his head is vaguely visible amongst the kindling, and the oven is ablaze.

Originally, I named my #ffxiv character “Eyam Broke” as a joke: I was and still am a free player.
But I’ve gotten so used to having him be called “Eyam” that I genuinely can’t think of how I could possibly rename him lol

Also I made myself at home in a friend’s fireplace :3
