One of the biggest things that I need to get used to is the fact that I in fact, cannot do everything. Even if I have the skills and knowledge for many things I simply don't have the time and energy to actually finish so many projects at once. Just gotta focus on whatever I have going on right now.

That said losing interest in your main hobbies could also be a sign of depression. So if you can't get help for ADHD then maybe that is an angle you could look into?

When talking to a therapist about my ADHD I discovered that at times when I can't focus on something, it's because at that moment I simply don't want to, even though I feel like I do because of some expectation I set on myself.

It's fine to not commit to a hobby 24/7. Return to it when you can.

I know it's easier said than done, but I don't think you should worry if other people care or not. You should worry if you care. Standing up to your own morals will be more fulfilling in the end of the day, even if you feel like you're missing out on something right now.
