On 9 September Professor Jeffrey Abt (Wayne State University, Detroit, Michigan) will discuss his new book ‘Too Jewish or not Jewish Enough: Ritual Object and Avant-Garde Art at the Jewish Museum in New York’ 1/2

Join Museum History Journal as a Reviews Editor! This unpaid position involves liaising with the co-editors to identify titles suitable for review in the journal, commissioning reviews and working through the submission and production systems to bring reviews to publication.(1/3)

It requires organization, persistence and politeness in finding and following up reviewers, and very high standards of written English, initiative and knowledge of the field in sourcing books for review. The reviews editor will help maintain high standards of ethics and integrity in the journal.

This position would suit an early career researcher in the field of museum history who is looking for more experience in editing and publishing. The collaboration offer is for a term of 3 years, renewable for up to 2 years.
