No one will tell you this from those companies. Not until the letter cancelling your policy comes in the mail. The metric those companies use is two claims in five years. And they cancel you and won't renew. That means two awful things to happen to a homeowner & then a kick when they're down on top.

Don't ever trust that insurance will be there for you in a crisis, no matter how long you have paid or how rarely you submit claims. This is especially true of Allsnake and Snake Farm, as they're known by people who have to deal with them often, but they are all out to get you. 100%.

In my experience, you get the best results working with local tradespeople 100% of the time. Any time you have to deal with agents of any corporate entity, honest or not they are compromised beyond redemption by the demands of those corporations. They aren't allowed to be honest or trustworthy.
