I don't mind characters being OOC for the sake of porn but I feel like I write hornet a little too... tsundere-y. I didn't think too much of it at first, but after replaying silksong like 3 times I'm just not a fan of how I wrote her.

When I do more silksong stuff I wanna fix that.

the trope of someone being an "eternal child" isn't new though. i feel like maturity level is irrelevant. children can be mature and have complex emotions. she's either an adult, or she's not.

I'm honestly pretty sure the idea was that Lace was meant to be a metaphor for Ghost and the other void siblings as she's also someone who's meant to be an eternal child.

I'm also not fond of the implication fans have that Lace can't be a child because she has complex emotions.

i wrote a whole rant but i deleted it bc i didn't feel like arguing with people but i agree. I think it's incredibly obvious that Lace is a child. Silksong is a good game but it's not subtle, it practically beats you over the head that Lace is a child and Hornet is an adult.

i'm aware. its just that i've redone the pinned so many times. i'm going to replace it in the spring/summer when im posting comics again

I’ve been lucky enough where at worse I’ve lost followers (but managed to regain them) without it affecting my income but it’s kind of nuts how someone could be like “this artist draws ______” with 0 evidence to back it up and people will harass you for days over it lmao.
