It is alarmingly that META can mess up the body to the extent of feeling nauseous, sleepy, and well a little bit cooked. It feels as though that needs to stop.

That reality became too much when it all about speed and fast images. Also, when Instagram started to be an influencer platform. I’m glad we are starting to wake up to what we have been consumed by over these decades.

Instagram was cool, but I was annoyed with having stories as a way to post. It became too much when reels became the only way to post. It makes more sense to delete it all because the stress my body is in atm is alarming.

Today I feel that I am having a severe hangover after years of being a Meta user. I see how destructive that platform is and probably want to export my content and delete it completely. #MetaBoycott
