I’m also aware I’ve been quiet recently but I’m single-parenting again atm as my husband is caring for an elderly relative. We are both so very tired.

While I’m a little disappointed in the low temperatures this far north atm, it does mean making soup isn’t a chore. My kitchen also faces NE which definitely helps.
