Manufacturing left the US because it was too expensive. What makes him think now will be different, especially after deporting our "cheap" laborers? He's nuts!

I've been thinking the very same thing. He talks about bring manufacturing back to the US like it will happen tomorrow. It's going to take years! That means our economy and everyone in this country will be made to suffer for years while we wait.

Let's zoom in on the "not too much time" here. Does anyone know how long it takes to set up a manufacturing plant? Not just the physical building but the supply chains? hiring? "not much time". Since the time can't be much less than 3 yrs at the absolute minimum ...
