I was feeling anxious so I cleaned my living space and now I would like validation that I did a thing so that my brain may rest.

And I have ADHD, so I have the paperwork filled out in a Google Drive and the idea of driving to the library to print it, then mail it in, is too much.

Filling out paperwork and mailing it in is just the adult version of homework.

Integrity is more than not telling lies.

Integrity is being able to listen to your gut, be honest with yourself about what you are feeling, and recognizing your needs, wants, and boundaries.

You can’t be honest with others if you are dishonest with yourself. Feel your feelings.

So when you see a plane flying across the sky, you have a metric for not just how deep the ocean is, but also for how tall Mt Everest is.

Life hack: if you wanna ask someone out but you feel anxious that they’ll say no, just wait.

Then when you get like a stack of 4-5 people you want to ask out, you can copy/paste a message and send it out to all of them all at once like it’s a fucking resume.
