It's honestly blackpilled me a little how the last couple of years have revealed that so many people are just fundamentally averse to reading and writing and thinking as worthwhile human activities.
Gentle reminder that there are many horrible things going on in the world, and they've been happening for years or decades. If you only advocate for the hot topic of the moment, you're not being a try ally. Educate yourself and stay updated at www.genocidewatch.com

Let there be as much outrage from politicians in Washington when kids go hungry as there is when I break bread with New Yorkers.
Cuddly doggy.
Traditional birthday selfie is late because I slept in due to the major storm last night. P.S. I don't feel guilty hawking my books today--there are seven to choose from!

Ossoff: "The WH put out a video depicting this war as a video game. When service members are returning in flag-draped coffins, & even more have lost limbs or suffered brain injuries or are fighting for their lives, this WH treats war like a game. It's a disgrace. And it speaks to a moral rot."

Big difference for sure! West coast somewhere? (I had a relative out from Oregon who was *very* surprised to see our prices.)
Yup
(Last weekend I had a family member from Oregon out who was going gaga over the gas station sign, so that's why these numbers are fresh in my brain.)
ie, that's not the price of gas, that's the company undercutting the price of gas in order to upsell their credit card.
So, no, you don't have to buy a time machine to get ~$2 gas as some people are saying. But you do have to buy in.
I don't know what their card fees are like, or what their interest rate is, but people who have that card are getting ~$2 a gallon gas because the company is banking on actually making more than the difference on its credit card users.
Here in Arkansas, last week the price of gas at a Maverik (formerly Kum n Go) was around 2.99. However, if you were not only a member, but were *also* paying with the Maverik branded Nitro credit card, *then* you could get it for $2.09.
I dunno why this is bugging me so bad, other than I do think facts still matter.
If you're seeing politicians say you can get ~$2 a gallon gas in places, I regret to inform you this is true. What they're *not* telling you is this is not the average shopper's price.
😄 Excellent, thank you!
