Hey when reviving you roll and it fall into 4 different revivals. Success, Strained Revival, Failure, Something Went Wrong

When SWW the character is revived but something off whether they go mad or Fatescribe is summoned to get you.

So do you have any ideas for what should be added to the list?

My question is, how should the base form look should they have an aquatic look to them with some hints of bioluminescent to them even before the use thier abilities
or
should it just be that they look like a Tekad (humans of the world) with some distinct features like starry eyes and so on?

In the world of maka, there is a kin called the Luminari with the innate ability to illuminate their body's shedding light to the area around them.

I have Setting (like Forest, Mountains, Urban), Encounter type (so like Environmental, combat, fun) and this will probably have a sub category of stuff depending on spin, twist im heading into work so cant say more but any suggestions for the list would help have a good day
