without knowing how AP scales with level it's hard to say. generaly though i like being having the option to resource dump into an ability to make it stronger, so i would vote for v3

just to clarify a thing with each, in v2, is it 2 ap per charge you want to boost it with? and for v3, it says the range is half your level in feet, so would a level 1 have a cone of 6 inches?
