I'm 3 for 4 in T.H White's Arthur collection, finished off "The Ill-Made Knight" this morning! Absolutely loved how Lancelot is both parts the shining example of chivalry yet also so human and so frail. Poor old Lance deserved his miracle, and I'm glad he got it.

Anno really does have a spiritual reverence to remaking the past, between Eva 1.11, Shin Kamen Rider, Shin Ultraman, and now Gquuux. There's probably something to unpack there, but as just a watcher, it makes me feel like that one DiCaprio image in a good way

Decided to start watching Gquuux now that it's almost over, and ep 2 was such a great way to do a throwback. The purple-yellow explosion, the near shot-for-shot entry into Side 7, the way the beam saber "bends" on a slash, the mid episode eye catches that go *da dunn*.... SHAAA!
