I kinda feel (based on my discord book club's experience anyway) that if you feel good about the first book, you're definitely going to be along for the entire ride. A few people didn't like it at all, and that's ok!

Contrary to the advertising claim that it "helps you every day", the Salad Shooterβ’ hasn't actually helped me in quite some time. It sits on the shelf patiently awaiting the day I need a ton of cheese shredded.

That sounds amazing. Making me nostalgic for a favorite greasy spoon kinda place that went under after all the COVID shut downs. This place called King Solomon's Reef used to have what they called Tot-chos, and the servings were super generous.
