Schadenfreude probably didn't cross his mind as he lay on his deathbed.

John Inman Executive Producer
Mollie Sugden Co-Executive Producer
Frank Thornton Script Advisor
Bloke with big ears Gaffer

Didn't some farmer once pitch 'bio-wire' in an edition of Dragon's Den?

‘The Stupid Gun!’ was about an IQ reducing ray weapon that falls into the wrong hands resulting in chaos and people going "Duhhh!" a lot in Mega City One.
Hmm...did our world governments secretly invent this technology around the beginning of the 21st Century?

Now, where were we? Sorry to keep you all 'hanging in the air' with the latest cover update.
Like Peppa Pig.

Last day of July, and the last 2000 AD summer sci-fi special I ever bought (or can find in my collection)
The future was then.
Night night XXX

Spotted this establishment yesterday.
Obviously, the likes of The Artful Dodger, So' Solid Crew, Oxide & Neutrino have to use that side gate for their pop lectures.
Bo.

Bit of an incongruous movie quote from Casablanca they've used here for Dredd. It sounds like he's raising a toast and slightly flirting with the perp.
Bit heavy if they were made of gold

I don't think of Dredd's uniform as being blue. It doesn't feel right somehow.
I had a mate who once played session keyboards for a Cutting Crew gig. They played "I Just Died In Your Arms Tonight" three times in the set. Normal version, acoustic guitar version and a sped up punk version.

Well done Lionesses!
And I can't bear football
Cheapo LP purchase of the weekend.
I mean, how could I resist?
It’s mad, innit?

Is it any wonder Brad looks so sad and confused. The postie might deliver his jellied eels to his former address, flat 2 above Boozer's Paradise offy on the Cally Road.
No, same old paper.

For some reason I didn't buy (or have lost) the 1982 & 1983 specials. The cartooning is getting a bit fancy now. Oo, look who's got themselves an airbrush.
Sorry, I've got behind with my daily prog posts. Normal service will be resumed asap.
Thankfully.

The most niche figurine I ever owned was a kit model of General Suiter from the movie Suburban Commando (1991). I hadn't even seen the film but the unwanted figure was selling for pennies in some comic shop. I committed such an awful paint job I rather uncharacteristically binned it.
Oh, yes. Louie and I go back even further

This is still one of favourite bits of telly. It's John Thaw's non committal contribution at the end that gets me.

That would make more sense. I would find it hard to make much distinction in the art dept period detail between 2025 and 2015. I'm sure a millennial pedant would be shouting at the screen, "Cuh! She's using the wrong iPhone. That model didn't come out until at least early 2017."
