There was a time when a 6-mile run was just a Tuesday after work. Today's 6-mile #LondonMarathon training run was a harsh reminder that if you don't use it you lose it!

The upside is my new Brooks Ghost Max 2s arrived today. At least my feet will be cushiony while the rest of me is in agony!

It was an arduous process to delete IG, X, FB, and Threads. But it's worth it. Now to just wean myself of Amazon.

How did John Chu not get an #AcademyAwards #Oscars nomination for best Direction? For that matter, how did #Wicked not get nominated for Cinematography?

I forgot to add Threads (also Zuckerberg).

They do NOT make it easy. I spent close to an hour trying to deactivate and delete my accounts. There is not a magical "I hate you and I want out" button!

If you are planning on cutting ties with Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp (all Zuckerberg) and Twitter - today is the day to do it.

2/2 But there's more! How many accounts are setup to use FB as a login? For me it was Spotify and Pinterest. But IG also allows you to use their login to access other sites and accounts. It is a very intricate and far reaching web.
