Data shows major drop in number of ICE detainees being transferred out of state
Flight observer data shows a downward trend in the number of ICE detainees being transferred out of state β an indication that federal enforcement activity could be easing.
After peaking at 246 people boarding planes at Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport in a single day in early January, totals have been steadily declining with a rapid drop off in February.
But activists tracking the flights say their work isn't over.

A warm and windy Twin Cities Marathon ahead Sunday
An unseasonably warm air mass will linger into midday Sunday in the Twin Cities.
It's a warm and windy Twin Cities Marathon this Sunday morning. π‘οΈπ
Temperatures at 7 a.m. will be in the low 70s. That's about 25 degrees warmer than the normal low of 46F!
But dew points will be in the 50s so at least it won't be super humid.
