After 50 million miles, Waymos crash a lot less than human drivers Waymo has been in dozens of crashes. Most were not Waymo’s fault.

The statistics that Waymo has gathered (a lot!) show that autonomous vehicles are far safer than human drivers.
And the mostly-minor accidents they do get it into are most often caused by human drivers.

It's my go-to know for any query; I like that it provides reference material.

This video shows the Mountain fire overtaking our newest ham radio site on South Mountain, near Santa Paula, California.

Power was lost to the site there but fortunately there was only minor damage to some very expensive equipment.

So I collected the full set just now: flu, COVID, and Tdap :-D Kept my calendar clear this weekend, just in case I need some downtime.
