Battlefield 1 had some of the best gunsounds and diegetic sounds for me, as well as very good voice acting.

TF2 for me also had amazing VA's but that may be due to my enjoyment of the dialogue writing.

Halo 3 is another dear favourite. The gunsounds and ambiance are amazing
