No trip to The Masons today, but there was an exceptionally fabulous postbox topper over in Heaton earlier. Following on from their Winter offering I definitely think that the Heaton yarnbombers know how to bring the bling. 🙌

It's reported that 'a chemist, whose accuracy can be depended upon' has submitted Florin Grass for analysis.
After the first attempt of distillation it produced several pints of very palatable spirit, superior to common whisky.

It's only taken us all season, but me n 'imself finally got to the last game for Bolton Wanderers Women at the mighty Reebok Stadium*. A 3-0 win, which also meant a top of the league finish, was just perfect. 🙌
*You can rename it as much as you want, but it'll always be the Reebok to me.

I know that it's a local business which the people of St Albans will have fond memories of, but I'm still not really sure why they want to celebrate a company which closed 55 years ago. Surely there must be other current local businesses that the festival would want to align themselves with. 🙂
