D’Tan’s people seem to have the right idea, throwing it all behind. Toreth’s group seems agreeable, but to be honest they don’t seem to know what they want, trying to split the difference between falling into old routines and embracing something new. I do have much sympathy for the independent ->

In the Star Navy, loyalty to our crews was our second priority, after the loyalty the state demanded of us. The Star Empire I served is an empty shell of itself, many of those I served with in my former military career are scattered to the winds. It may have been brief, but I was crew of the Defiant
