here's the first written usage of it online in application to organised Australian conspiracists. it's me, in April 2020. (there's several videos from around that time in which I said it a lot too, like I said.)

You can carbon date it on Twitter/X quite easily if the search function is still doing what it's supposed to. There's absolutely no use of it in reference to conspiracists until March 2020, when the results show me start to say it regularly. About 6 months after that it began to take off.
