Jury nullification is the way to go. I wish more of the jury in Texas hid their views a little more. I think that judge called a mistrial because he wasn't getting the jury he needed.

for those who are curious, the photo was taken on a not very good flip phone back in the late 2000s, and the slightly pinkish hue in the center of the image was cause by a problem with the phone's camera, otherwise the image would have been mostly grays
