Did some experimenting tonight. This is veganized chili.. it’s.. okay. I basically swapped beef for lentils so it’s not too much of a science project.

Also added ancho spice and less achiote paste (because I learned they are different) and a splash of soy sauce.

I kinda hate to run around being like, more people should join Scouting. But. I really feel like I got a bunch of chances to learn lessons like “power trips are bad” and get those done and over with early. Some people don’t have those opportunities and it shows. And everyone else pays for it.
