Nice range of their own beer (the cask porter and keg lager were top notch) but some great guests too (@elusivebrewing.com Oregon Trail 💪).

We survived our unannounced inspection of our brewery and taproom premises today.
We’ve had some crackers shared by customers recently, not least this from last night.

But wait, making the most of the opportunity we brewed not one but two beers, the second will be exclusively poured at their taproom and the first, well, some say West Coast is the best coast, and cask is cool !!
This week we had the pleasure of being invited down by our pals and Manchester beer stalwarts Sureshot to brew a collaboration beer. Plenty of discussion on techniques, processes, ingredients and products meant it was a real school day for us, and we’re really looking forward to the release.

This week we travelled to Buxton to visit our pals Silent Brew Co and brew a collab Pale Ale. Cask exclusive, releasing w/c 4th August.

…..With next to no deliberation 😉 the opportunity was taken to also brew alongside a stronger ‘imperial’ variant that will also be making its debut at the festival too.

Yesterday we headed down to New Mills to the legends that are @torrsidebrewing to co-host a brew day with Stuart Evans who recently won the ‘Mild & Brown Ale’ category in the @skbeerfestival Homebrew Competition with his American Brown Ale recipe…….
Trade friends, we’re down to a handful of cask Pale Ales and Pilsner kegs.

Perfect Valley’ Pale Ale, a little Pacific Coast homage featuring a Columbus, Strata and Cascade hop trio for citrus / pine notes, crisp and refreshing. Drinking in fine form yesterday….making the most of the weather for outside pints !!
